What happens after I start a membership?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a short intake form and a link to book your onboarding call. On that call we’ll clarify your goals, choose the right metrics to track, and set your first 30–90 day focus. From there, we’ll meet on your chosen cadence and stay in touch between sessions as your projects move forward.
Is this coaching, consulting, or fractional leadership?
It’s a blend of all three. You get coaching to think more clearly, consulting to bring proven frameworks and ideas, and light fractional leadership to help you prioritize, sequence, and actually implement. The exact mix depends on your stage and membership tier.
How much time should I plan to invest each month?
Aside from our scheduled calls, plan for 2–4 hours per week to implement what we outline together. The goal isn’t to add busywork—it’s to choose the few moves that meaningfully move revenue, profit, or owner time in the right direction.
Can my business partner or team join the calls?
Yes. Many clients bring a co-founder, operator, or key team member to certain sessions. We’ll help you decide who should be in which conversations so decisions are made quickly and clearly.
